(Nitrous Specifications)
1. Single Stage/Plate system only with a maximum of one nitrous, one
fuel and one purge solenoid. Each solenoid is permitted a single
orifice. Plate systems limited to 1 nitrous spray bar and 1 fuel spray
bar. Purge must exit engine compartment. Plate must not be a permanent
part of the intake or use fogger nozzles.
2. Nitrous jets are subject to inspection at any time.
3. Leaf spring combinations can deduct 100# from minimum weight or upsize .010 on nitrous jet. Applies to inline heads ONLY.
4. Progressive systems permitted and are allowed 1 additional solenoid for progressive operation only. Must be mounted inline.
5. EFI systems are required to use a single nitrous nozzle which injects
nitrous into the engine prior to the throttle blade or a single stage
nitrous plate under the throttle body which consists of 1 nitrous spray
bar and 1 fuel spray bar.
6. Fogger systems or (2) stage plate systems prohibited. These systems
must be removed or disconnected/capped prior to and during the race.
3050# combinations limited to a .105 jet.
3100# combinations limited to a .098 jet.
3150# combinations limited to a .088 jet.
3200# combinations limited to a .082 jet.
3250# combinations limited to a .082 jet.
(Blower Specifications)
1. Paxton: Novi 2000 or any model of lesser rating will start at base weight.
2. Vortech: T-Trim or any model of lesser rating will start at base weight.
3. ProCharger: D1/D1SC or any model of lesser rating will start at base weight.
4. Add 100# if using a YSi or an F1A.
5. Add 150# if using a F1C.
6. Add 50# for air to water intercooler.
7. Add 50# for gear drive.
8. Exposed forward facing blower prohibited. Blower inlet air source
must originate from within the engine bay. Superchargers are not
permitted a forward facing inlet source (such as through the front
grill, front valence, or any other front facing inlet).
9. Only 1 supercharger permitted.
10. Compressor wheels may not be stepped, milled, profiled, cut or otherwise altered in any way from the manufacturer specs.
(Turbo Specifications)
1. 76mm T4 or any model of lesser rating subtract 100#.
2. 76mm T6 add 100# to base weight.
3. 80mm T6 add 200# to base weight.
4. Boost controllers permitted.
5. Exposed forward facing turbo prohibited. Turbo inlet air source must
originate from within the engine bay. Turbochargers are not permitted a
forward facing inlet source (such as through the front grille, front
valence, or any other front facing inlet).
6. Only 1 turbocharger permitted.
7. Compressor wheels may not be stepped, milled, profiled, cut or otherwise altered in any way from the manufacturer specs.
8. Turbocharger is limited to a maximum 80mm inducer wheel diameter at
the point where the leading edge of the compressor wheel meets the inlet
housing.
(Tire Specifications)
1. P275/60/50/45 Goodyear, M/T, BFG, Hoosier and Nitto drag radials only.
(Rear Suspension Specifications)
1. Split mono or multi leaf permitted. No half leaf/coil over. Relocated leaf springs OK.
2. Torque arm on 3rd/4th generation F-body and GNX permitted.
3. Rear torque arm mounting points must be no more than 1 inch from the factory location on rear end housing.
4. Slapper bars/Cal Trac/Smith Trax/Slide-a-Link/etc. permitted.
5. Mini-tubs permitted.
6. Shocks must be stand alone and may not be adjustable or monitored
during the run via electronic and/or other means. Electronic
programmable shocks prohibited.
7. Control arm mounting points must remain in stock location on stock frame rail.
8. Anti-roll bars permitted.
9. Coil-overs permitted.
10. No additional non-factory suspension aids (wishbones, torque-arms, etc.) permitted.
(Front Suspension Specifications)
1. Aftermarket K-member/bolt-on subframe permitted.
2. Coil-overs permitted.
3. Spindle mount wheels permitted.
(General Specifications)
1. Mufflers required on all combinations except turbos.
2. Lexan windows permitted.
3. Fiberglass hood, rear deck lid, doors, front and rear bumpers permitted.
4. Factory style dash/interior.
5. Wheelie bars prohibited.
6. Single power adder only.
7. Commercial race gas/E85 permitted. Nitro, alcohol prohibited.
8. Traction control devices prohibited.
9. Forward facing hood scoops limited to N/A combinations.
10. Alcohol/methanol injection prohibited.
11. Each event winner/runner-up up immediately pass a vehicle
review/tech/weight check prior to returning to the pits and before
receiving the event purse.
12. Sponsor decals must be applied to the vehicle in the correct
location and remain on the vehicle throughout qualifying and
eliminations. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any money
given by said sponsor.
13. If at any time a driver or a team's actions are deemed
unprofessional or detrimental to the class, they will be removed from
competition for a minimum of 3 races.
14. If one combination appears to have a distinct advantage, rule may be
changed in order to keep a level playing field for ALL competitors
